New Table Setting from Kyoto Garden Fabrics

July 25, 2013

pmatkyostonriv01greyHot out of the studio today!  A set of reversible placemats – Stone River print on the front, Peony print on the reverse – and Peony print napkins to match.  Find them in my Etsy Shop! These fabrics have a wonderful hand and are really fun to play around with.

kyotogarden-rev

My Kyoto Garden Collection has been shipped out to fabric stores and is waiting for you!  Go to the Andover Store Locator page and enter your zip code to see which stores in your area buy from Andover, then give them a call and ask about Kyoto Garden.  If you live in Portland, Oregon, Bolt Fabrics on Alberta Street is carrying the line.

Happy sewing!

From Lori’s Notebook

  • Fernando’s Bandanas

This is the second of two blog posts featuring memorial quilts I made that honor two brothers, Salvador and Fernando.

  • Salvador’s Collections

I knew from the moment I got on the conference call with Salvador’s daughter Paulina and Salvador’s niece Monica that this memorial quilt project would be infused with excitement and liveliness.

  • Bill’s Libraries

Among the things that Bill’s wife Laurie found in his shirt pockets after he died were peanut shells – leftovers from when he would walk in the park with a book in one hand, feeding the squirrels with the other.
